On arrival, I found the rooms lacking basic amenities. With only two towels and one washcloth per room for four people, it was a struggle to keep everyone comfortable. There was a leak in one of the toilets, which was a hassle, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The furnishings were dated, including a cracked door that let in excess light. Additionally, attempts to get extra linens were met with unnecessary scrutiny and unexpected charges, which felt frustrating during a family trip.

the location of americas best was a plus, being close to the festival. the divine massage & spa nearby was a great treat. despite the issues, it offers various recreational opportunities. having options for relaxation nearby was a nice touch.
